• When employees are aware of unsafe practices or unsafe equipment, they are instructed to inform their manager so that corrective action can be taken.

Our Safety Committee

Arctic Insulation is in compliance with the OSHA Illness and Injury Prevention Program (I2P2) as well as the GHS-Hazcom 2012 program.

Our Safety Committee monitors First Report of Accidents, changes in the Workers' Experience Mod Rate, and OSHA reports to identify trends and needed training. The Safety Committee has an Incentive Program that rewards our crews for Safety compliance. The Director and the committee perform a monthly review of each crew. This review includes accident reports, training compliance, and job site inspections. This committee publishes a monthly newsletter that is distributed to all company employees.
