Monty N. Halstead is the Owner, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and a Project Manager. Monty has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry.
Tracy Haynes is responsible for the estimating, procurement and management of construction projects. Tracy has more than 20 years of construction experience.
These employees are in charge of managing, directing, and participating in the field activities relating to one or more construction projects. They travel throughout the United States. Our superintendents have more than 160 combined years of construction experience.

MATERIAL SALES SPECIALIST
Tish Walker - Halstead is responsible for sales and marketing of materials to contractors, vendors and end users. Tish serves our customers interested in purchasing construction materials which will not be installed by our construction crews.
Sue Terry directly oversees the performance and day-to-day functions in the office and is responsible for all accounting and finance functions. Sue has been with the company since 1982.
